Remove from the pan and set aside in a bowl to keep warm.Boil the sweet potatoes noodles for 6 minutes.Add the onion and celery and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the pork and beef and cook, stirring, until they begin to brown. When slow cooker is 20 minutes from finishing, stem the peas and the cabbage. Heat a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium heat.Add mushrooms, bamboo shoots and chicken stock. Mix it all together and let cook for a couple of minutes.
